ROHACELL® A Quality Control

The mechanical and thermal properties of ROHACELL® A match those of the standard material ROHACELL® IG. But thanks to stringent quality control and the availability of the extensive documentation required for aircraft construction—we meet, for example, MIL and CMS specifications—ROHACELL® A can also be used in this area, too. Our material specification sheet is delivered along with the material.

Because of its relatively large pore structure, ROHACELL® A is particularly suitable in aerospace applications for prepreg processing, but vacuum infusion processing can also be used at temperatures up to 130°C and pressures up to 0.3 MPa.
