P84 polyimide materials
P84 is composed of aromatic backbone units only making it a recommended material for high temperature applications.
Despite the non melting aromatic, halogen free structure it is classified as non flammable with a LOI of 38%.
Due to its outstanding chemical and physical properties P84 is used for a variety of applications from the use as filter media for high temperature applications, fire protective clothing to sealing materials in space crafts.
